Event Description
Join us for a great new event on a summer day at the lake.  Proceeds from the race will benefit the City of Veneta Pool construction.

Distances
This event features a 10K run, 5K run/walk and a Kids 400 meter fun run.

Location
Richardson Park, Fern Ridge Reservoir - Veneta, Oregon.   PLEASE NOTE: Parking is limited, and carpooling is encouraged.  Participants will not be charged an entrance fee into the park at the toll booth.

Directions
From Hiway 126 (West 11th in Eugene), travel west from Eugene to Territorial Hiway, turn right (north) and proceed to the entrance of Richardson Park on the right.  From US 99, turn west onto Clear Lake Road and proceed to the entrance into Richardson Park on the left.   Please be advised that there has been recent construction on Clear Lake Road, and the road may be closed on race day - please plan on an alternate route if necessary.

Courses
Both the 10K and 5K courses are flat and fast, starting and finishing in the east end of the parking lot at Richardson Park.

Entry Fees
$17 without shirt, $27 with tech shirt, through Friday, August 28, add $5 on race day. 


Entry Limit
Both the 10K and 5K events are limited to 200 participants.

Registration
In person registration is available at the Eugene Running Company (116 Oakway Center), through Friday, August 28, at 12pm.  By mail, entries must be postmarked by August 24.  Click here for an ENTRY FORM.  Click here for ONLINE REGISTRATION.

Awards
Awards will be presented in the 10K and 5K runs to the top three overall male and female finishers and the winner in each age group - there will be no duplicate awards.  All fun run participants will receive ribbons.  All participants will be eligible for random prize drawings.

10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & Over

Event Benefit
