Event Description
A unique trail running experience.  The 10K is "Age-Staggered," meaning runners will start in waves based upon their age and sex and the first runner to the finish line wins - the same format as the famous Dipsea race in California.  The 5K is a "Criterium" style race, where runners cover a 1 mile circuit three times.

Distances
A 10K Age-Staggered, a 5K Criterium and a Kids 700 meter fun run.

Location
Frank Kinney Park - Eugene, Oregon.

Directions
In Eugene, take Hilyard Street south to W. Amazon Drive.  Turn left and continue south on W. Amazon for 1 1/2 miles to Martin Street.  Turn left on Martin and the park is on the left.

Courses
All courses are on bark chip paths and dirt trails.  The 10K course begins in Frank Kinney Park, does a 1 mile loop on the Rexius Trail, crosses Martin Street and onto the Amazon Headwaters Trail, climbs to the Fox Hollow Trailhead, loops over to the Dillard Road Trailhead and back, descends on the Amazon Headwaters Trail, crosses Martin Street and finishes with a 1 mile section of the Rexius Trail.  For a course map of the Rexious Section of the 10K, CLICK HERE.  For a course map of the Ridgeline Section of the 10K, CLICK HERE.  The 5K is comprised of three flat loops on the Rexius Trail, starting and finishing near Martin Street.  For a course map of the 5K, CLICK HERE.  The Kids 700 Meter Fun Run starts and finishes at the bridge crossing Amazon Creek at the south end of the park.  For a course map of the Kids Fun Run, CLICK HERE.
