Event Description
This is the best way to celebrate the Halloween season!  Come run or walk, by yourself, your family, with your dog, in costume or not - it's all fun.  In it's third year, the Monster Mash is presented by the Slocum Research & Education Foundation. 

Distances
This event features a 5K run and a 5K K-9 & Walk.

Location
The event starts at the Slocum Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Eugene, Oregon (55 Coburg Road), and finishes in Alton Baker Park.

Course
The race starts at the Slocum Center, heads into Alton Baker Park for a flat, fast and scenic loop, and finishes at the shelter near the park's entrance.  Click here for a COURSE MAP.

Entry Fees
$20 - All events (includes running socks), through Friday, October 23.  Add $10 on race day.  Event cotton shirts can be purchased for an additional $5, tech shirts for an additional $10, and a custom long-sleeve 1/4 zip pullover w/ hand warmers for and additional $20.   All garments are only guaranteed if ordered by October 14.  An added bonus - the first 500 registrants will also receive a commemorative water bottle!

Registration / Packet Pickup

Awards
Awards will be presented to the top overall finishers and top three age group finishers in the 5K Run.  Special awards will be presented to the winners of the Best Costume competition.
