Shuttles
There is no parking available at the starting lines of the 20K or 10K events. Participants will need to park at LCC and take a shuttle to their respective starting line. Shuttles for the 20K participants and the first member of the 20K relay teams will depart from LCC at 7:20am sharp. Shuttles for the 10K participants and the second member of the 20K relay teams will depart from LCC at 8:00am. Again, please do not plan on parking at the start of your event - there is no parking space available and there will not be any shuttles running after your race has started to take you back after you finish. There will be ONE shuttle that will transport the first leg of relay runners from the Fox Hollow trailhead back to LCC - this shuttle will leave the Fox Hollow trailhead at 9:20am.
20K Two-Person Relay
Form a team of any two individuals. Relay Leg #1 will start at the Blanton Road Trailhead at 8am with the 20K individual participants, Relay Leg #2 will get the exchange at the Fox Hollow Trailhead. The first leg of the relay is more challenging than the second. Team divisions are: male, female and coed. Team age categories are: 40 & Under, 41-80, 81-120 and 121 & Over.
Marshals / Aid Stations
Water and energy bars will be available at the following mile marks: 1.8, 3.9, 5.1, 6.2, 7.4, 9.2 and 10.3. PLEASE NOTE: Most aid stations are at sections of the course where the trail either crosses a road or turns to follow a road for a short distance - please use caution on all paved surfaces, being aware of traffic. All 20K individuals must display their bib numbers at the Fox Hollow Trailhead - at the half-way point - before they head towards Dillard Road. The first leg of 20K relay teams must display their bib numbers to the official before tagging the second member of their team at the exchange point.
